Books on New Religious Movements, Esotericism, and More

 

Welcome to the library of CESNUR, the Center for Studies on New Religions in Torino, Italy. The library currently includes more than 20,000 volumes. The largest collection is on new religious movements, New Age, and esotericism. Smaller collections are on mainline religion, Freemasonry, Pentecostal and charismatic movements, Marian apparitions and paranormal phenomena. A significant special collection is on occult-related popular culture, fiction, and movies, with a special emphasis on vampire literature and cinema. You may visit the library from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in Torino (Italy), Via Confienza 19, but we recommend that you arrange an appointment.
